Adeline Sterner is today the CEO of CAIA Cosmetics. Adeline has such an inspiring story even before becoming their CEO. After graduating from Stockholm School of Economics, Adeline worked at McKinsey until she decided to start her own company, Add Ice Cream.

She also later on started the company Maison Fortunée until she decided to become the CEO of Kids Brand Store. Today she is, as mentioned, the CEO of the fast-growing company CAIA Cosmetics. Adeline is also the mother of two and passionate about sharing inspiration on how to combine a fast-paced career with family life.
