For us, it all started with a dream. A dream of a more equal world.

Our journey has not been a straight line. Quite the opposite.

After we graduated from Stockholm School of Economics, we founded the boutique investment bank Qalora Capital. Things went quite well and we managed to raise capital for 40 startups from our international network of investors.

However, we realized soon how much there was still left to do within equality.

We felt the urge to make a change…

We decided to start the Instagram account @businessanddreams to empower women in their careers.

We were so happy by the response and it soon became Sweden’s largest career network for women on Instagram.

In 2021 we were announced on the Forbes 30 under 30 list.

In the middle of the Pandemic we got an idea…

The idea to take the community we’ve built up on Instagram to the next level.

It was scary to leave the finance industry and everything we build up, but we wanted to follow our passion.

We decided to give it a try to create a Members' Club for driven and supportive women in business.

We could never have imagined how big the interest would be.

Today we are working full-time with our passion and are empowering thousands of women daily to do the same.
