We’re on a mission to empower more women to manifest the career they dream of from the inside out - and enjoy the process of doing so.

That’s why we created this community.

We’ve been featured in Forbes, spoken on stages worldwide, and delivered a TEDx talk to inspire and impact as many women as possible. We know that a shift in mindset has been the key to manifesting our biggest career dreams.

But this isn’t just any community.

We’ve intentionally gathered women who uplift, empower and challenge each other. Women who are ready to stop playing small and step into their fullest potential. Women who are done with the “good girl” act and are stepping up as unapologetic leaders.

And the inequality doesn’t stop there.

We are on a mission to change it - for good.

After working in the finance industry, we saw first-hand how unequal the business world is. 

We decided to take a stand and create a community to help women create their dream life and succeed on their own terms. 

We want women to work with what they are passionate about without sacrificing their health, relationships and well-being. 

Where the business fits into your life, and not the other way around.

We want women to have a life full of freedom.

Where they have economic power to leave a relationship or job that doesn't fit them and give to causes they care about.

Where they adapt their work hours based on their energy levels. 

Where they can book a spontaneous trip abroad and not having to ask anyone for permission.

And we are well on our way there.

Our community has now grown globally to more than 30 000 women. 

We have been awarded Forbes 30 under 30, done a TEDx Talk with 100 000 views and our community has gained international recognition. 

We are hosting sold out events and have been featured in leading publications and podcasts to spread our message.

We are here to empower every woman to dream bigger and achieve more.

When women invest in themselves, they strengthen themselves and create a ripple effect of positive change that impacts their families and, ultimately, society.
