Overview
In this webinar, Madeleine talks about the importance of charging what you’re worth as an entrepreneur. Madeleine shares that in our society women aren’t encouraged in the same way as men to earn money, charge what we’re worth and negotiate. Madeline shares how she herself has had to develop her money mindset.
As an example of her current money mindset, Madeleine says that when she prices her services, she starts with a price that she is comfortable with and then she adds more on top of that. Two of the reasons for that is that first of all, many of us could charge much more and second of all, you should always leave some room for negotiations.
Action
Write down the answer to the following questions: “If I could dream, what would my ideal salary be a year from now?”.
After you have written it down, close your eyes and imagine the woman that earns that much.
How is her mindset? How does she negotiate? How does she feel on an everyday basis?
Write down how you can embody that woman already today.
